Recently bought a Bissell ProHeat 2X Revolution Pet Pro Carpet Cleaner. My issue is with the screw that secures the carpet cleaner handle. The screw simply rotates without securely attaching to the carpet cleaner. When I lift the carpet cleaner using the handle, it comes off and the screw falls onto the floor. Should there be a locking nut for the screw to fasten into?
